22, 2020) - Betty "Liz" DeGrave, of Florence, passed away at home on
Friday, December 18, surrounded by her loving family.
Liz was
born in Florence, daughter of the late Resa and Clara (Noyes) DeMark.
She has been a resident of this area her entire life and has worked in
several of the area bars and restaurants.
Liz was a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church in Florence. She loved to dance and was an avid
admirer and collector of antiques. Liz enjoyed being outside, walking,
doing yard work and tending her flower gardens.
She is survived
by her son, Dennis (Kathy) DeGrave of Florence; special friend, Andy
Passamari of Iron River; twelve grandchildren, Nicole, Lawrence,
Jessica, Landon, Tonya, Travis, Tika, James, Eric, Trisha, Cliff and
Marisa; twenty-seven great grandchildren and three great-great
grandchildren; she is also survived by her good friend, Marge Lemanski.
She was assisted and given special care by granddaughter, Nicki and
great grandson, Travis.
In accordance with her wishes, there will
be no funeral services.
