(Monday - November 23, 2020) - Norman "Butch" P. Neuens, age 77, of Aurora, passed away on Saturday, November 21, at his home.

He continued his landscaping business until he retired in 2010. Butch was proud of being one of the founders of Hope House in Iron Mountain, which was a community outreach to many of the youth in the area.

He enjoyed cooking and good food and especially liked eating and cooking the fish that his friends would bring him. Butch will forever be remembered by his family and friends for his hard work ethic and his love for the Lord.

He is survived by seven sons Fred (Donnette) Salczenko of Homestead, Paul (Ayse) Salczenko of Florida, Robert (Lisa) Salczenko of Iron Mountain, Jeffery Salczenko of Houston, Texas, Scott Neuens of Aurora, Bill (Samantha) Neuens of Kingsford, and Simon Neuens of Kingsford; three daughters Gloria (Paul) Cameron of Fox Crossing, Wisconsin, Dawn (Andy) Lassila of Kingsford, and Sophie Neuens of Iron Mountain; one sister Joanne Berutti of Iron Mountain; one sister-in-law Elsie Neuens of Aurora; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by one son Norman Neuens, Jr., and one brother Robert "Bob" Neuens, and his wife, Lorraine (Thomas) Neuens.
