November 11, 2020) - Bernard C. Haupt, Jr., age 87, of Pembine, passed
away on Friday, November 6, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Bernard was born on December 19, 1932 in Milwaukee, the son of the
late Bernard and Helen (Dzick) Haupt, Sr. He married Margaret Zoulek on
June 14, 1952 in Milwaukee. She preceded him in death on February 14,
2005. He was an owner/operator truck driver for over 47 years, retireing
in 1995.
Bernard is a member of St. Anthony's Church in Niagara.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family, riding and
working on his Harley Davison motorcycle, loved horses and other
animals, especially his dog "puppy" and going fishing.
He is
survived by his daughter Sue (Mike) Mikolajczyk of Vulcan; grandchildren
Bobbi Sue (Brad) Farley and Stephanie Garvaglia, Trais Haupt and Robby
Mikolajczyk; brother Walter Haupt of Pembine; and several nieces and
nephews.
Bernard was preceded in death by his brothers Carl and
Raymond Haupt; sisters Suzanne Haupt and Mary Fisher and sister-in-law
Shirley Haupt.
According to Bernard's wishes there will be no
funeral services. There will be a graveside service held at the Pembine
Cemetery at a later date.
