Dickinson County Community Theater
names new officers for 2021/2022
(Saturday - November 06, 2021) - Dickinson County Community Theatre (DCCT)
announces its new officers for the 2021/2022 term:
Stewart Boyles is the newly elected president, succeeding Rodney Kjell who has been named treasurer.
Marti Nord is the new vice-president.
Valerie Kjell assumes the role of secretary.
Remaining on the board of directors as members-at-large are Dawn Kranz, Stephanie M. Gauthier, and Mark Miller.
DCCT is preparing for “A Christmas Carol,” an adaptation of Dickens’ 1843 classic, to be presented at the Braumart on Friday, November 19th at 7:00 PM, Sat. November 20th at 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM and Sunday, November 21st at 2:00 PM. This original production, with a cast of over 40, is a Christmas season classic. Tickets will be available at the door or on line at thebraumart.org. Dickinson County Community Theatre is planning a full season of theatrical fun. Work is underway to obtain rights for “Check Please,” a comedy of couples, to be presented in February. DCCT hopes to obtain rights to perform “Clue, Jr,” in the spring.
Nomination for plays to be produced in the fall of 2022 will be considered in January. DCCT is looking for community members to become part of its theatrical tradition.
