(September 02, 2020) - Nicholas L. "Nick"
Pietrantonio Jr., age 63, of Kingsford, passed away on Saturday, August
29, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. Nick was born December 22,
1956, in Iron Mountain, son of Nick Sr. and the late Virginia (Allgeyer)
Pietrantonio. He grew up in Iron Mountain and was a graduate of Iron
Mountain High School, class of 1975. While in high school and shortly
after, he worked for the US Postal Service in Iron Mountain.
In
1992 Nick moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked for Creel Printing
Company as a forklift operator in shipping and receiving. He moved back
to Kingsford in 2018. Nick enjoyed fishing, hunting, and time spent with
his family.
Survivors include his father, Nick Pietrantonio Sr.
of Iron Mountain; two sons, Jamie Pietrantonio of Phoenix, Arizona and
Nick Robert Pietrantonio of Kingsford; two brothers, Bruce Pietrantonio
of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and Dean Pietrantonio of Kingsford; one sister,
Tina Pietrantonio of Iron Mountain; one grandson, Brayden; one niece,
Nicole (Brandon) Luterbach of Sussex, Wisconsin, and one great-niece,
Brynn.
In accordance with Nick's wishes, private family services
will be held.
