2021) - Margaret A. "Susie" Anderson, age 85, of Norway, passed away on
Friday, February 26, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Margaret was born November 30, 1935, in Norway, daughter of the late
James and Margaret (Rice) Pohlson. Margaret, affectionately known as
"Susie," grew up in Norway and graduated from Norway High School, class
of 1954. She married Wallace Anderson on April 28, 1956, in Kingsford.
Susie was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in
Kingsford.
Susie enjoyed crafting, was a fantastic cook, loved
attending car shows, and especially time spent raising her family over
the years. She enjoyed collecting greeting cards, letters and photos.
She also had an impressive collection of broaches. Susie will be missed
by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64
years, Wallace; one son, Joseph (Debra) Anderson of Norway; three
daughters, Suzette Vance of California, Eileen (Craig) Alleva of
Alabama, and Mary Lou Bloomquist of Kingsford; and by many grandchildren
and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Susie was
preceded in death by one son, Roy Anderson.
In accordance with
Susie's wishes, private family services will be held.
