11, 2021) - Mary Beth Schupp, age 70, of Kingsford passed away on
Sunday, February 7th, at her home.
Mary Beth was born August
27th, 1950, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Robert and Leona
(Vaughan) Hart. She married Albert Schupp in Las Vegas on October 7,
1999, and he preceded her in death in 2008.
Mary Beth spent most
of her working years running a daycare out of her home. As a result, she
influenced many children and treated each one of them like her own. She
loved baking, gardening, and attending her grandchildren's sporting
events to cheer them on and support them in everything they did. Mary
Beth also loved spending time in the kitchen with her granddaughter,
teaching her to bake and decorate cakes.
She was a member of
First Covenant Church. She was also a member of the Sault St. Marie
Chippewa Tribe.
Mary Beth is lovingly survived by her children,
Scott Sparapani of Kingsford, Tony (Julie) Sparapani of Iron Mountain,
and Heather (Tony) Wallner of Iron Mountain; 3 grandchildren, Jonathan
and Kaitlyn Schmutzler (who will miss her tremendously) and Mycheal
Hall; her siblings, Sherry (Tom) Smithson of Green Bay, WI, and Lori
Harner of Nebraska; brothers-in-law, Robert (Sylvia) Schupp of Oklahoma,
and Doug Schupp of Iron Mountain; sisters-in-law, Rosemary Copet of West
Bend, WI, and Barb Schupp (Gary Patrick) of Janesville, WI; and many
friends and cousins.
