(Monday - January 04, 2021) - To no one's surprise, Henry Wender (R- Dist 4), long-time Chairman of the Dickinson County Board of Commissioners, was again elected to that position at the Board's annual organizational meeting held today.

The organizational meeting was held online via the Zoom platform, due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The meeting was called to order and conducted by County Clerk Dolly Cook, until the new Chairperson had been selected.

Once Wender was seated, Barb Kramer (R- Dist 3) was elected to the position of Vicer-chair.

Committee appointments will remain much the same as they were last year, with the committee slots previously held by Kevin Pirlot being assigned to his successor, Commissioner Ann Martin (R- Dist 2).

County Board meeting will continue to be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the finance committee to meet on the third Thursday of each month. All meetings are scheduled for 6:00 PM, unless otherwise posted.
